What internet options are available in my area?Use our address checker to check what services are available in your area. We can confirm what is possible before provisioning your services.

How much is a fibre install?There are currently no charges from your Local Fibre Company in order for any standard fibre install. We can arrange that visit on your behalf and you will be notified if anything non-standard may apply so you have the opportunity to review.

What speed will I get?Any speeds provided are estimates only based on the available service and average speeds reported in the area.

Can I bring my own modem?Yes you can! However when it comes to support, we may not be as familiar with your equipment as we are with ours.

What does Unlimited Data mean?Unrestricted use to broadband download services. However our Fair Usage policy may apply.

What fibre infrastructure do you use?The local fibre companies (LFCs) are the companies that are building the fibre networks as part of the government's ultrafast broadband (UFB) network initiative. The LFCs are Chorus, Enable Networks, Ultrafast and Northpower Fibre.

Can I keep my email?Morepork does not maintain or provide any third party emails.

Do you have Static IPs?Yes we can provide you with a Static IP. Please contact us for pricing.

What is your Fair Usage Policy?At Morepork we want to ensure everyone is able to access our services. If your usage of our Services materially exceeds the range of estimated use patterns or is likely to damage or negatively impact the operation of our network, we will consider your usage to be excessive and/or unreasonable. We may contact you to advise you that your usage is in breach of our Fair Usage Policy, and request that you stop or alter your usage to come within our Fair Use Policy. We may apply our Fair Use Policy where, in our reasonable opinion, your usage of our Services is excessive and/or unreasonable

What payment options are there?We can take payment via Direct Debit or Credit Card. All payments are in advance.

When will I be billed?We will bill you the first weekof your connect date for the first month in advance. That will then be your regular billing date moving forward.

When should I contact my exisiting ISP?We will let you know when your connection date is. Once you have that date from us then you can advise your ISP of the date where you will no longer require their services.

What happens when I cancel?When you cancel, we will keep you connected up until the day before your next billing date.

How do the charity contributions work?You can select one of our three partner charities when you sign up. Each month, a portion of your payment will go directly towards your chosen charity, so that they can continue to do good work.
